Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding transfer service bookings made electronically through Lider Transfer (under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502).

Description of Service

The airport/city/intercity transfer service is provided according to the route, date, time and vehicle class specified at booking. The service fee is communicated to the customer at the time of booking.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer may cancel the service free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer time. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.
